About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled XR Content Manager to join our team at Dreamtek Limited. As a leading provider of creative solutions, we are looking for an individual who can help us deliver awe-inspiring digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for XR projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to educate and coach them on XR capabilities, identifying alternative options to meet their project requirements.
  • Develop and implement new XR workflows to achieve creative briefs, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor cloud-based systems remotely, ensuring technical stability and uptime.
  • Support the technical support lifecycle, managing technical risks throughout pre-production planning, execution, and post-event.
  • Deliver high-quality service to our clients, facilitating partner tours of our facilities and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Operate equipment to support streaming, video conferencing, audio conferencing, local audio reinforcement, and video technologies, including projection, switching, and formatting.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Utilize web or internet start-up environments and customer service experience to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Manage asset workflow experience to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
