Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As an Adult Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality care of service users in their homes.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with management, GPs, social workers, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administration duties on a rolling rota basis to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conducting risk assessments and initial assessments of service users in their homes to maintain high standards.
  • Performing spot checks to verify all standards are met.

You will be required to have experience in care, with QCF level 2 desirable. The role involves personal care, developing social activities, and other tasks as specified in individual plans. Accurate record keeping while maintaining service user privacy is essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A full UK driving licence.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
