About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' products are displayed effectively in-store, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety protocols. You will also ensure that planograms are implemented consistently across all stores.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will be responsible for arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You will also provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for our clients
  • Experience in training or coaching colleagues is a plus
  • Ability to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (additional pay applies)
  • Confidence in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
