Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Bournemouth

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Bournemouth. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and facilitating group activities. You will work with students who may require additional assistance due to learning difficulties, language barriers, or other special needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing support to students.
  • Work with students who require additional assistance due to learning difficulties or special needs.
  • Support the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and set up equipment.
  • Assist in the assessment of student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Understanding of special education needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education.
