Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR and employment law advice to managers and employees

  • Collaborate with the ER Business Partner to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Support the local engagement lead to drive colleague engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of HR functions and systems, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Understanding of employment law and its application in the workplace
  • Experience in managing disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence cases, and performance processes
