**Compensation Package:** Our competitive salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan matching.

Job Description:
- Diagnose drivability and electrical systems using leadership and mentoring skills
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair or completion of a related vocational-technical program
- ASE certifications and federal/state/local licenses where applicable
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills
