Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Postroom/Mailroom Assistant to join our team at a global music company based in Central London. This is a temporary position for 1 month+, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role
  • Receive, record, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
  • Collect, sort, and deliver outgoing mail to various floors within the building.
  • Coordinate courier requests, prioritizing urgent bookings and managing logistics efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain stationery stock levels, replenishing as needed.
  • Set up meeting rooms according to requests and support events with studio tech assistance where required.
  • Assist with small moves and changes across London sites, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Cover reception duties, greeting staff, clients, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a post room or similar role, with expertise in organizing mail, tracking deliveries, and liaison work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Possess basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with company systems.
Working Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, with regular interaction with colleagues, clients, and visitors. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information discreetly, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
