Job Description

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:

Kingscroft Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Production Manager to support the Manufacturing Operations Manager in driving production performance across a rapidly expanding business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control the production function to ensure that finished goods of the required quality standard are available to customers within agreed costs and at the right times.
  • Maintain a critical focus on waste and improvements to yield.
  • Develop and implement behavior, engagement, lean thinking, best practice, and skills across the production team.
  • Set and deliver goals and improvements for output, quality, waste, H&S, efficiency, and culture.

Requirements:
