Ecologist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist Specialist to join our team at CleanTech Talent. As a Senior Ecologist, you will be responsible for managing projects, budgets, and cash flow, while providing technical expertise and guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and budgets
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients
- Undertake ecological surveys and analyze results
- Hold responsibility for technical quality and approval of project deliverables
- Undertake performance management of assigned team members
- Provide training and mentoring to staff
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in an ecological or environmental consultancy
- Relevant degree in an environmental discipline
- UK driving license
- Commercial and project management skills
- Able to work hybrid/remote in one of our multiple office locations across Scotland
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £47,000-£54,000 depending on experience and level
- 35 hours working week with flexible start and finish times

- Full project lifecycle work across a range of environmental disciplines
- Hybrid working – a flexible 3 days in the office or onsite and 2 remote
