About The Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Dementia Friends Ambassador in the Sheffield and Rotherham area.
As a Dementia Friends Ambassador, you will play a key role in raising awareness and understanding of dementia within your community.
You will deliver engaging and informative Dementia Friends sessions to local groups, promoting awareness and education about dementia.
In addition to delivering sessions, you will also be responsible for promoting Alzheimer's Society and our work, and encouraging individuals to get involved in fundraising activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong passion for dementia awareness and education.
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
