Unlock Your Sales Potential with DNA Payments

We're on the lookout for a skilled Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team at DNA Payments Ltd. As a key member of our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) division, you'll be responsible for taking our pioneering payment products and technology stack to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and engaging with high-value SME businesses through LinkedIn, data sources, and cold calling.
  • Following a 2-step process to create and book 2 sales opportunities daily.
  • Targeting SME businesses with an annual card turnover of £300k - £10m.
  • Retaining these accounts through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Aiming to achieve 30% penetration of accounts so they have 2 products from DNA Payments.
  • Efficiently managing a CRM & pipeline of quotations to achieve the expected conversions.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: £35,000
Commission: Excellent commission (realistic OTE £4000-£6000 per month)
Car Allowance: £5,000 per year
