We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to lead our bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives
