Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Farming and Commercial Sales Executive to join our team in Stamford. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities and building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

You will focus on our suite of Farming and Commercial General Insurance products and services, providing tailored insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients. With a passion for rural living and agriculture, you will thrive in this environment and leverage your face-to-face sales experience to consistently achieve retention and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers and attract new customers
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop customer acquisition plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Promote our range of insurance products and services to existing and prospective customers

Requirements:

  • Passion for rural living and agriculture
  • Existing sales experience, especially agricultural/farming or commercial related
  • Experience working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Network and customer relationship building skills
  • Full UK Driver's license
