We are looking for a skilled Commercial Estimator and Site Coordinator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction to take their career to the next level.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a degree in Surveying, Architectural, or Construction Engineering and experience in estimating and project coordination. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
- Estimate costs and prepare tenders for construction projects
- Coordinate site visits and ensure effective communication with clients
- Manage and maintain project records and documentation
