Job Title: Event Production Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process, working closely with project managers to deliver high-end solutions to clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project accounting, including budget control and reporting.
  • Liaise with the workshop, suppliers, and project management team to deliver projects, including sourcing bespoke production and booking site work/travel.
  • Coordinate site management, suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, event staff, and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Nurture and grow the workforce pool, recruiting and sourcing permanent staff and production freelances.
  • Recruit, train, and line manage staff and sub-contractors.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, including completion of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Produce job briefs and site packs for sub-contractors and colleagues.
  • Report on statistical data, KPIs, project management tools, and procedures.
Person Specification:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and sites simultaneously.
  • Bespoke production experience, including Windows, pop-ups, events, and exhibitions.
  • Experience in on-site health and safety and risk assessments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing sub-contractors and clients.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and within the same field.
  • Ability to work with people at different levels of seniority from various organizations.
  • Good level of Maths and English.
  • Ability to define and follow procedures and policies.
