Job Title: Senior Maritime Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maritime Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing on naval vessels and shore-based systems
  • Complete detailed service reports and submit expense claims promptly
  • Maintain effective communication with line management regarding technical issues
  • Support the Customer Services Technical Helpdesk and respond to customer emails
  • Participate in necessary training courses to maintain and develop skill sets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a field servicing environment, preferably in the marine sector
  • Knowledge of computers, including hardware and software applications
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Full, valid driving license and valid passport
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and read technical manuals

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
