Job Title: Senior Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Trainer to join our team at Premier Guarantee. As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical training to our staff and customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Technical Training Manager in developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Liaise with the Surveying Network to identify training needs and develop training solutions
  • Produce and maintain technical training modules and training competency tests
  • Review statistical data and reports to demonstrate knowledge and understanding
  • Participate in the delivery of the Professional Membership program
  • Deliver Risk Management training and Building Control training to area teams and external customers
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of virtual training and webinars
  • Assist in the delivery of the annual technical training conference
  • Provide technical articles for internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related field
  • Full Member or Surveyor/Engineer (MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MIStructE, or similar)
  • Post-qualification experience
  • Technical knowledge of Building Regulations, associated legislation, and construction standards
  • Relevant BC experience, plan check, and site inspection experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge of professional membership bodies associated with Warranty and Building Control
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to create good working relationships with the surveying network and other construction professionals
