About New Street Surgery
We are a well-established GP practice in Hill Top, West Bromwich, serving a patient population of 3700. Our team of 4 GP Partners, 2 GPs, 1 HCA, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Pharmacist, and other healthcare professionals work together to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work 6 sessions per week over 3 days, providing a mix of telephone, video, and face-to-face appointments, as well as home visits.
Main Duties
- Diagnose and treat patients, making referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Triage and treat patients wishing to see a healthcare professional.
- Provide preventative health care advice and adhere to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure effective service delivery and contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Medical Degree, MRCGP, and full GMC Registration. Experience of working in primary care and knowledge of QOF and PCCF are desirable. The role requires a driving license and the ability to use own car.
What We Offer
New Street Surgery offers a supportive working environment, onsite parking, and the use of System One clinical system. We work collaboratively with our PCN, Together 4 Health, and contribute to extended hours on a rota basis.
