Cardiac Physiologist Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist Team Lead to join our team in Westbury. As a key leader in our echo team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and reporting of adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to BSE standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cardiac physiologists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality echocardiogram results.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain equipment and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with hospital departments and GP practices to coordinate urgent clinical referrals.
- Manage and submit reports, as well as archive study images, according to contractual requirements and local SOPs.
This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as cardiology or medical imaging.
- At least 5 years of experience in cardiac physiology, with a focus on echocardiogram performance and reporting.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and information governance principles.
