Counselor Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and utilizing professional judgment to independently calculate financial aid offers.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely and accurate support to students, parents, and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Federal, State, and Institutional Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Financial Aid Administration: Process financial aid documents, including verification and eligibility confirmation, and manage student accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of services.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of relevant financial aid experience.
