Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients in the bridging finance sector.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Business Development within bridging finance or property finance, with a strong focus on direct client interaction. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, sourcing new deals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive new business in the bridging finance sector.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively source and build a pipeline of high-quality deals, managing the sales process from enquiry to completion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of financial solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends and client needs to enhance product offerings and remain competitive.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and expand your professional network.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bridging Finance Expertise: Strong understanding of bridging finance products and their applications.
  • Professional Network: A network of contacts in real estate, property development, or related sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to London as needed.

Package Offered:
