As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving plant availability and implementing best practices in engineering, compliance, and health and safety standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high operational availability and efficient breakdown repair services
  • Diagnose and repair running faults, ensuring effective repairs and improvements are conducted within minimum time scales
  • Develop and implement a programme of planned preventative maintenance and inspection to minimise downtime
  • Liaise with external contractors on specific repairs/maintenance work
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to health and safety and environmental legislation and company policies

Requirements
  • Engineering qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Desirable - Additional relevant qualifications
