Senior Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team at OSB Group. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Asset Management Associates and overseeing the end-to-end functionality of our collections and recoveries mortgage service systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Asset Management Associates to ensure effective asset workout strategies and minimize losses.
- Work closely with Asset Management firms, Solicitors, and LPA Receivers to implement optimal collection and work-out strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end functionality of our collections and recoveries mortgage service systems.
- Stay up-to-date with market sentiment in jurisdictions where assets reside.
- Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure risks are fully considered and understood for potential new possession/LPA cases.
- Advise the Group Head of Asset Management and Specialist Financial Support on key operational issues and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements- Proven experience in minimizing losses in mortgage assets.
- A solid career within the financial services industry or asset real estate management.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting detailed data points and outcome-focused work-out strategies.
- Detailed knowledge of the legal structure affecting property and recovery.
