Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team as a Secondary Tutor. As an Education Specialist, you will work with young people on a 1:1 basis, creating and delivering bespoke education packages that cater to their unique needs.

About the Role

As an Education Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design, plan, and deliver 1:1 lessons that bridge gaps in pupils' education and enhance their engagement and attainment levels. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create personalized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each pupil
  • Deliver engaging and interactive 1:1 sessions that promote learning and development
  • Monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
