Job Description

As a ghd Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will be the face of our brand, showcasing our products and expertise to customers, and ensuring that they have a memorable and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers
  • Conduct and encourage effective sales floor product demonstrations
  • Manage the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession to the highest standard
  • Support Regional Managers and wider teams to deliver brand growth
  • Engage with retailer opportunities to support local activations and eventing
