Job Description:
Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our client's team as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This role will be based at our client's office location, where you will work closely with the engineering team to deliver high-quality mechanical designs and analysis solutions.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical design and analysis, including finite element techniques, fatigue analysis, and structural analysis. You will be responsible for assessing mechanical designs for strength, durability, performance, and safety, identifying analysis solutions, and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to product validation efforts, maintain analysis procedures, and provide analytical support to the engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient use of Finite Element Analysis tools
* Ability to conduct classical static stress and fatigue analysis and complex hand calculations from first principles
* Knowledge of materials and processing techniques
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and design protocols (ISO, AGMA, DIN, FKM, DNV)
* Experienced in the use of ANSYS software
* Strong communication and time management skills

Benefits:
