DCS Technology is proud to partner with a key client seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with the delivery of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Core Banking Projects: Take full ownership of managing core banking projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Partner with cross-functional teams ranging from product development and compliance to marketing, sales, and external partners to align project objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and success.
- Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate and identify potential risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strategic Resource Allocation: Lead resource planning efforts, ensuring the right mix of talent and tools are in place to meet project milestones effectively.
- Transparent Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise project documentation. Provide regular, insightful updates to Project Sponsors, the Board, and Senior Leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Passionate about Project Management: Proven experience in project management in financial and banking institutions.
- Product Launcher: Demonstrated success in managing projects such as delivering financial or banking products to market.
- Born Leader: Capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and experience of financial business model and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications/certifications in project management or related fields.
