Store Manager Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated sales team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations, including team management, customer service excellence, sales performance, and daily operational duties. This is a hands-on role that requires leading by example on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and fostering a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment. Additionally, the Store Manager will coordinate and manage in-store events in partnership with local hospitality businesses. These events aim to enrich the customer experience, promote the boutique within the community, and strengthen relationships with local partners.

Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end fashion or textiles retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a hands-on approach.
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality fashion and textiles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
