Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Austin Rose is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new candidates through research and structured telesales, working autonomously to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates and approach them to offer our services
  • Map the market to find the best potential candidates using online sources, particularly LinkedIn
  • Ensure the candidate database is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide a positive and quality-driven service to candidates to obtain referrals
  • Support Recruitment Consultants to provide a continuous supply of candidates for active roles
  • Maintain a supportive relationship with placed candidates
Requirements:
  • Exposure to telesales, customer services, or face-to-face sales
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
