Job Description

We are seeking a talented Part Three Architect to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of our projects from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with our clients, consultants, and team members to ensure that our designs are delivered to the highest standards. Datacentre experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders">
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software">
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met">
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources">
  • Conduct site visits and attend project meetings">
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes">
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members">
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology">

Requirements:

  • Part Three Architect qualification">
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role">
  • Proficient in Revit software">
  • Strong design and technical skills">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills">

  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion">
