About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Gretna. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, offering genuine and knowledgeable advice to meet their needs
  • Meet daily sales targets, achieving KPIs and contributing to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain store standards, product placements, and stockroom
  • Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own learning and development

Requirements
  • Good availability, including weekends and weekdays
  • Previous experience in sales, customer care, or a related field (not essential, but desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and engaging attitude
