We are looking for a talented and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team in a primary special needs school in Wandsworth, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with speech & language difficulties, mild autism, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties. They will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans that help students reach their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive and engaging lesson plans
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes

Requirements:

  • Qualifications or experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Committed to providing high-quality support to students and staff

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year
