E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Leading Business Services Ltd. As an email marketing specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Develop high-quality email templates and content aligned with our brand tone and goals.
  • Monitor the success of campaigns by analysing key metrics such as click rates, open rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

About You:

  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive preferred).
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills for email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
