Job Summary:

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of food products. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining production equipment, handling ingredients, and contributing to general process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery used in the production process, or direct operational processes manually as required.
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Pack finished products for shipment and label them with appropriate batch information.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Participate in health and safety briefings and training to keep up to date with the legal and company guidelines.
  • Report any discrepancies in product quality, machine operations, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, especially within the food industry, is preferable but not essential.

Certifications:

  • HACCP (Desirable)
  • Food safety (Desirable)

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and have good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and production operations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
