Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our Senior Partner Practice - St James's Place Wealth Management team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide technical support to our financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of our back office administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage back office administration, processes, compliance, and workflow
  • Issue letters of authority to providers and chase financial institutions for requested information
  • Write client annual review letters, fund switch letters, and other compliance letters
  • Prepare client files for meetings and respond to client enquiries
  • Liaise with third parties, administration centres, and paraplanners
  • Draft and proof-read documents, including client correspondence and illustrations
  • Use Salesforce to adhere to compliance requirements and maintain accurate client data
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and complete illustrations and applications for new business
  • Process business and chase through to completion, manage business pipeline, and case tracking
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and provide weekly updates to Partner/Adviser

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Strong knowledge of investments and pensions
  • Financial Services qualifications desired
