Delivery Excellence at Royal Mail

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your delivery route and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Manage your delivery route and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
