Mechanical Trainer - Full Training Specialist

Revorec Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Trainer to deliver industry-leading bespoke training courses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical planned and reactive maintenance, as well as a Level 3 Engineering Qualification.

Responsibilities include delivering training courses to apprentices and clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Courses will cover mechanical planned and reactive maintenance, Lathe/Milling Machine operation, hand tools, Hydraulics, pneumatics, and H&S practices.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a well-structured organisation and contribute to the development of the next generation of mechanical engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering training courses to apprentices and clients
• Developing and delivering bespoke training courses
• Assessing and evaluating training effectiveness

Requirements:

• Level 3 Engineering Qualification
• Experience in mechanical planned and reactive maintenance
• Assessor and Teaching qualifications desirable
