Order Coordinator

The Peninsula London seeks a highly skilled Order Coordinator to join our Room Service team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a luxury environment, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest orders and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and health and safety regulations.
- Utilize POS systems, reservation systems, and hotel applications to process payments and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure proper ordering, receiving, storing, and delivering of service requirements, amenities, and minibar items, maintaining high standards of accountability.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage principles.
- Friendly, positive, and adaptable demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
