Garioch Care Home is a purpose-built care home situated in Inverurie, surrounded by beautiful gardens. We offer Residential, Nursing & Respite care for 37 residents.
Home Manager RoleWe are seeking a proactive, analytical, and creative leader to join our team as a Home Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong working history driving occupancy and improving fees.
The ideal candidate will be a clinical qualification holder with a proven track record of leading a clinical team. They will also have the ability to build a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
The Home Manager will be responsible for hiring and building a dedicated and committed team, embedding the highest standards of care, and driving occupancy and fee improvement.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 40% of your annual salary. You will also receive a pension and generous holiday allowance.

Our Success StoryWe've almost doubled the size of our portfolio of care homes in less than 4 years, and we're not slowing down anytime soon. We have 50 care homes open for business now, and we have a few projects being commissioned, which will open shortly.
Inspections across all care homes in Scotland have been rated Good, with a special mention to 4 care homes achieving Very Good. Collectively, our average rating on carehome.co.uk is 9.6 out of 10.
