Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are working with a leading private healthcare provider to find an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a medium-sized service in Derby. The home has a good CQC rating and is known for its high standards.

As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure the home meets its high standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on marketing, promoting, and recruiting staff, as well as liaising with governing bodies and local authorities.

You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, personalized care to residents, with a focus on dementia and elderly care. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing qualification, experience working in large teams, and a competitive salary of up to £62,000 depending on experience.
