Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pearson Whiffin - Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by conducting routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions and conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of the grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating specialist equipment
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on machines and vehicles
- Working to strict deadlines and adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
