We are seeking a reliable and energetic pet care provider to join our team at Care. As a residential support worker, I require assistance with feeding and exercising my dog, Poppy, in the morning and evening. You will also be responsible for providing social interaction and ensuring the well-being of my African grey parrot, Zeus.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, as I work a pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off most of the time, with occasional 3rd day shifts. You will be welcome to stay in the house and spend time with both pets. If you live close by, you may also take Poppy to your home for walks and playtime, but please note that she is not good with cats and children.

As a trusted pet companion, you will need to provide regular updates on Poppy's activities and ensure that her needs are met. This includes administering food and water, taking her for walks, and providing mental stimulation. For Zeus, you will need to ensure he has access to fresh water and food, and provide attention and social interaction as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is £25-30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive package and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of two loving pets.
