Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our Starbucks team at our Rugby location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and targets

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, just a passion for making our customers' day brighter
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role an asset

What We Offer:

  • An estimated hourly rate of £10 - £11.75 over 18 and £6.60 - £7.15 under 18
