Teaching Assistant for Academic Early Years

This opportunity calls for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in Nursery/EYFS settings in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers and staff in delivering high-quality education to young students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 1:1 and group support to students
- Liaise with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective lesson planning
- Lead activities and interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- 6 months experience in a classroom or nursery environment
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in teaching assistance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours
- An excellent rate of pay £18-24 per hour
