We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead key accounts and expand our offering in the life sciences sector. As an Associate Director, you will provide technical and strategic leadership, leveraging your expertise in clinical data and payer evidence to drive business growth.

We have offices across the world and three global healthcare hubs in London, New York, and Milan.

Job Responsibilities

Working with senior account leads, you will shape and develop effective content and programs that meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines. This includes contributing to the development of our HEOR and HTA offering, leading on business development initiatives, and mentoring junior members of the team. Your strong leadership skills and ability to articulate evidence for a payer audience will be invaluable in driving success in this role.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in interpreting clinical research studies, including patient-reported outcomes, indirect treatment comparisons, and real-world evidence. You should also have a track record of leading HTA submissions and working with clients to optimise local execution. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as business development experience, are essential. A salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this role, commensurate with similar positions in the industry.
