The Restructuring Delivery Team:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our newly created Restructuring Delivery Team (RDT). As part of this team, you will work closely with our graduate and school leaver intake to make a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the RDT.

This exciting opportunity requires corporate insolvency experience, with a particular focus on training and development of junior team members. You will be expected to support and contribute to the team's objectives, working collaboratively with colleagues across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the delivery of processes for each seat in accordance with standard procedures and relevant compliance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop internal relationships with colleagues within RDT and wider RSM service lines to support delivery of RDT objectives.
  • Work with others to manage graduate and school leavers within RDT, including training, coaching, delegating tasks, and supervising staff.
  • Deliver 'on the job' training for team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance, and team capacity.
  • Complete regular reviews to ensure compliance standards are met and deliver proactive case progression.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory deadlines on all corporate cases.
  • Identify risk issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
  • Keep up to date with insolvency and other relevant legislation.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
