The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Site Foreman to join our growing team in the Sevenoaks & Tunbridge Wells area. As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a diverse team of landscapers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of landscapers to achieve project goals
- Oversee the planning and execution of hard landscaping projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to deliver high-quality results
- Monitor and control project budgets and resources
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits
- Full time, Permanent
- Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday
- Overtime opportunities on Saturdays at time and a half
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hard landscaping and site management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness and ability to meet the demands of the job
- Valid UK Driving Licence
