We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Attendant to join our team at Turnberry Resort, Scotland. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service to our guests and members, ensuring a five-star experience in all aspects of the spa operation.

• Lifeguard Duties: Maintain adequate pool coverage, perform lifeguard duties, and monitor pool and whirlpool cleanliness.
• Spa Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and levels of guest supplies in the fitness and spa areas.
• Facilities Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the entire spa, including changing rooms, toilets, showers, and relax areas.
• Opening and Closing Procedures: Follow opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to the Duty Manager.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Spa Manager, encouraging clients to return to the spa by recommending an on-going fitness program and cross-selling other products and services.
• Personal Training Revenue: Assist in driving personal training revenue through recommending a course of sessions based on achieving objectives, in collaboration with the Fitness Instructor.

• Must be eligible to live and work within the UK.
• Must be willing to adhere to immaculate grooming policy and strict uniform standards.
• Previous experience within a spa or leisure environment is essential.
• Must be in possession of relevant lifeguarding qualification.
• First Aid qualification is desirable.
• Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by management, showing flexibility to cover areas outside the listed responsibilities.
