Job Title: Reading Intervention & Library Coordinator
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to manage our school Library and reading intervention programme. This is an important new post within the school and a chance for someone to put their own stamp on the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school Library and reading intervention programme
- Develop and implement reading intervention strategies to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure effective delivery of reading intervention
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reading intervention programmes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of reading intervention strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
