You'll work closely with our Finance Manager for Operations and Project Accountant to develop a highly effective function that drives positive results and excellent working relationships across the business.", "What You'll Be Doing": "
  1. Oversee and manage the financial aspects of various company projects on a planned and ad-hoc basis.
  2. Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring the projects remain within financial constraints.
  3. Work with the Delivery Director and Contractor to agree monthly billing and progress reporting.
  4. Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to manage budgets and understand project forecasts.
  5. Work with the Project Managers, Delivery Director, and other team members to analyze and report on the cost status of the project, highlighting performance trends and making recommendations for key actions.
  6. Prepare project cost studies and analysis of various project metrics for internal evaluation and reporting.
  7. Thoroughly maintain and organize records through memorialization and classification of specific objectives, processes, and results as determined on a project-by-project basis.
  8. Assist with reconciliation and maintenance of fixed assets, work in process, and segmentation of data and support for project phases.
  9. Support the Operation and Finance with accurate reporting of cash flow forecasts.

  5. PC Software applications including Excel and Word.
